Hubei 3611 Machinery Factory passed the ISO9002:1994 quality system certification in 1998, passed the recertification re-evaluation in 2001, and passed the ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality system certification in February 2004. Aluminum alloy casting automobile parts have developed from a Cummins parts at that time to Fukang car parts, EFI intake pipe series, Perkins engine parts; oil equipment has been developed from ordinary oil equipment to large-scale military equipment successfully developed in recent years. Refueling trailers, heavy fuel engine pump trailers; foreign trade products have developed from a single iron V8 intake pipe to V8 pipe series and exhaust pipe series. At present, good product structures are constantly being optimized, such as the 468 cylinder heads and EFI intake pipes of Huaihai Machinery Plant, Motorola’s three- and four-cylinder EFI intake pipes, and the V8 intake pipe series that have been and are being developed. Aluminum alloy is the main body, and the development of the electronic injection intake pipe series is the goal. The core competitiveness of our factory's aluminum alloy casting advantage is being further brought into play.

The company started to use two SRC-75SA (flow 9.8m³/min, pressure 0.8MPa, voltage 380V) type from Shanghai Schneider sunshine in 2011, mainly to provide high-quality compressed air for component painting.
